After a long period of testing, I can now draw conclusions about VoIP, strengths and weaknesses.
First of all, if you want to use VoIP daily basis, I suggest you go on www.euteliavoip.it rates are low (more than Skype) and there is a good service including a toll-free number, forum, information for the various systems on existing hardware shop.
How defects in general on the VoIP I can say I found that the limits of the Internet are being felt, especially if your subscription, the guaranteed bandwidth is inadequate, with results that, if you call in hours of low use of Internet (in the early morning or at noon) calls are almost perfect, otherwise you run into jumps, broken phrases or even the fall of the communication.
I noticed that it takes at least 30/40 kb band for a phone call. Another negative note is the
